“Food For Thought” – Ed Rockburne
Home > Blog > “Food For Thought” – Ed RockburneFor those that believe that it is alright to discriminate against the elderly in Ontario by illegal means.
Consider this, if it is alright to discriminate against the elderly by illegal means (false pretences), then it is equally alright to discriminate against any other Human Rights Group, by illegal means, when it suits the Government”s needs.
In other words, no one would have guaranteed Human Rights in Canada.
This is no longer and Ontario Issue, it is much greater than that, it is a test for Canadians, to determine, if Canadians have Guaranteed Human Rights.
The Ontario Government has provided me in an email, after eight months of hounding, that they had little,
to nothing to justify introducing the Discriminating Legislation Against the Elderly Drivers of Ontario. This evidence, has been provided to a number of people, and can be found on the following Website, rcmpvetsnational.ca .
Since the Ontario Government, and probably, the B.C. and Alberta Governments as well, have violated at least four Federal Statutes, “ The Canadian Charter of Human Rights and Freedoms”, The Canadian Human Rights Act”, The Criminal Code, on False Pretences, The Criminal Code, on Elder Abuse”, And the Corner Stone of The Canadian Judicial System, “That a Person or Person’s Accused of and Offence Are Considered Innocent Until Proven Guilty”.
It is clearly time for the Federal Government to conduct an investigation to restore the Rights of It’s Citizens, because everyone’s Rights are at stake, if this is not corrected.
Please circulate this to everyone on your contact list, and to your Federal Member of Parliament, demanding action now.
Yours Sincerely, Ed. Rockburne, RCMP, Retired, erockburne@cogeco.ca, Perth, Ontario.
