Police are asking drivers to be careful this long weekend while noting
there have been 75 deaths on Alberta roads since May long weekend.
Between May 15 and July 29 there were 1,071 vehicle collisions with injuries.
Along with the 75 deaths, there were 125 collisions involving motorcycles &
two pedestrians killed in two separate incidents, RCMP said.
Mounties plea that people wear seatbelts, obey speed limits, watch for cyclists
& pedestrians, not drive while impaired or distracted.
