Per Roberta Allan’s directive, XXXXX. XXXXX was placed in a
locked dementia unit at Aspen House Villa, Morinville.
This was allegedly done for his protection and safety.
Then Roberta Allen a.k.a. Shakti Allen, with full knowledge has allowed,
facilitated and directed the following

A) Denied green sleeve
Denied information as to who issued a declaration
of incompetency when and by whom a Declaration of incapacity was issued.

B) Denied liberty
detained behind, locked doors, denied fresh air,

C) Denied proper diet – inadequate, inedible food-
excessive, rapid weight loss.
Weight loss of more than 5% of body weight in 8 weeks

D) Denied freedom from covert administration of noxious substance,
freedom to have a rational mind.Drugged.
Unknown substances placed in food by kitchen staff, which
cause confusion and disorientation. Failure to test effect caused
to senior by these substances //drugs

E) Denied stimulation, social interaction,

F) physical activity,
freedom to associate, intentionally isolates
Subjected to mind, numbing boredom -protocol which facilitates
risk factors that trigger Alzheimer/ dementia in seniors

Staff taunt and tease him,

1) females ask to shower him

2) large urine on dining room floor during
meal time

3) arbitrarily enter his locked room when in bed

4) long-haired kitchen and dining room staff who fail to wear hairnets
or hair coverings when serving food.

G) Denied functioning Refrigerator Older people are more subject to food
poisoning and its’ serious complications than young people

H) Denied fire safety- no fire drills, fire door locked

K) Denied podiatry care- ultra long, uncut
toenails making it painful to walk

L) Denied safety – threatened harm by demented clients –
October 23/25, unexplained injury in hallway, middle of night requiring extended hospitalization

M) She denies / disregards truth
He is gaining weight-
He is being regularly weighed.
There is a dietician on staff.
He fell out of bed (event, October 23, 2025)
