We, the Elder Advocates of Alberta, speak in defense of the voiceless, frail
elderly and therefore have interest in this matter.

We would be pleased to meet with you in regard to the above noted legislation
We receive numerous complaints in this regard. Vulnerable seniors are being
financially abused by the said legislation.
