OFFICE OF THE PUBLIC GUARDIAN AND TRUSTEE (OPGT)
Dear Ms. O’Dea:
COMPLAINT dated August 14, 2025.ABOUT
SUE PEARSON ( Bernard Lefebvre is Sue Pearson’s Father).
PAUL PEARSON, (son-in law)
CLIENT REFERENCE –
BERNARD LEFEBVRE D.O.B. June 2, 1933,
We, the Elder Advocates of Alberta speak in defense of older adults who are often vulnerable, voiceless and denied rights. We are an independent voice.
We submit that your office has failed to address or even acknowledge the 13 page complaint sent to your office by email letter, concerning the retired Forensic RCMP Officer, Bernard Lefebvre.
This man was denied a copy of his capacity assessment, thus was unable to defend himself against his predator daughter and son-in-law.
Criminal acts have been perpetrated against him which are not being addressed. He is presently being unlawfully detained at the Chartwell Wescott, Edmonton.
Thank You.
Elder Advocates of Alberta
