Villa Marguerite, which houses people with disabilities and vulnerable

seniors, has endured four fires in six days. All of the fires were sparked

in a common area, a spokesman for Edmonton Fire Services confirmed.

Tuesday night an estimated $40,000 blaze was set. Fires are under

investigation by Edmonton police. Residents are afraid to speak out for

fear of getting in trouble with facility staff.
