Hiscalls are being redirected to Tammy, Rosedale, reception desk, who informsthe caller, the senior’s line is busy, call back. When Tammy not at desk or work,the phone rings, no one answers.Evening April 11th, senior called us & asked us to call him because he suspectedhe was not receiving phone calls. We did & no one answered.
April 6th, Friday, Edith Kirby Journal column re; senior’ s19th & 20th court hearings,no one in the senior’s locked unit received their news paper. The papers miraculouslyappeared next day, Saturday.
