Bill # 24, Guardianship and Trusteeship Act,has already passed

3rdreading, is seriously flawed legislation.

Discrimination against the elderly, those with mental and physical abilities

offends the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

We will be posting, some of the legislative abuses contained within the

proposed legislation, at a later date.
