This is the same man who abused his grandmother.
In May 2004, we made a public complaint, held a
Press Conference concerning Brian Malley.

We also made a strong complaint to the Alberta Law
Society against his lawyer, Dana I. Carlson,
We alleged that Dana Carlson had, with full knowledge,
participated, counseled & filed abusive, restrictive court
Orders which were not in the best interest of a frail,
dependent elderly Albertan.
The court Orders allowed Malley to detain, abuse and
isolate his Grandmother, deny her visits with her children &
grandchildren.
