We have learned that in one elder care facility, caregivers have been
instructed
by management staff that they are not to change the senior's
incontinence
product (diaper), unless it is 80% soiled.
Can you imagine how demeaning and emotionally destabilizing to have to
visit or eat one's meals while sitting in one's crap?
