BC spends almost S2M on re-licensing senior drivers. Thus feeding
the coffers of the multi-million dollar, private for profit,
DRIVEABLE ASSESSMENT CORPORATION INC. of which Allan Dobbs PhD,
founder of DriveABLE testing, owns 15.7 %.
