Marilyn May Lane died in a flashover flame fire in the basement

of a group home on April 12, 2007. She was a resident of the home

located at 10632 50th St., Edmonton, AB, owned by Rod Groat,

Independent Counselling Enterprises.

Marilyn May Lane was a dependent adult who suffered from Downs Syndrome
