I was sent a Form that said in order to renew my license I had
to have a doctor’s certificate.

I have an appointment at my doctor for my annual checkup in June but the
doctor’s office told me that I had to have a separate appointment for the
driver’s test.

They tested my eye sight; the doctor took a few listens on her stethoscope
and that was it. She filled out the Form and charged me $125.00 My license
renewal was $45:00.

My husband turned 75 in October and he had to do the same thing so we have
paid $250.00 in the last year even though we both have annual
examinations by our doctor and optometrist.

I was not given any alternative.

Total cost of license renewal $340:00 for both of us.
