Office of Public Guardian, St. Paul, AB. disallows son to visit 100 year old mother

the right to visit his 100 year old mother. The man had no knowledge
of the Application and subsequently was not given disclosure.
The Order, dated May 18, 2012, filed by Alberta Justice lawyer, of
Edmonton, signed by Madam Justice of the Queen’s Bench of Alberta,
was misleading and untruthful.
Furthermore, the Order stated that the man posed a “grave danger” to his
mother. The aged mother lived with the son for 26 years before entering
care. When in care, he visited daily, feeding her and caring for
her needs. Now, continuously & daily, the mother calls for her son.
This is another example by those, who have little or no interest or
sincere concern for the well being of the very elderly who are entrusted
into their care, but rather, are on a power trip, able to bully and
discipline those who dare to be in their way.
This matter has been already been heard in the courts a number of times.
Government has deep pockets filled with our tax dollars which enable
them to carry out bizarre, immoral and unlawful protocol.
