Omar Khadr, a prisoner ofGuantanamoBay, is suing Prime Minister

Stephen Harper & obviously is given the right to do so.

However, an Alberta citizen, who may have suffered illness & therefore

been declaredincompetent, perhaps unfairly but who has not been charged

with a crime,has no right to sue thegovernment. He/she stripped of

all rights. He/she cannot sueguardians and trusteesoranyone else

whomay acting abusively towards them or who maybe dissipatingtheir

estate.

The dependent adult has no access to his/her money andtherefore
