The Alberta Government is requiring ELDER ADVOCATES OFALBERTA SOCIETY to provide an upfront$400,000.00 securitydeposit before the law suit againstthe Governmentand the nine Health Regions will be allowed to proceed.
To date, the Government and the Health Regions have failedto file aStatementof Defense.However, theyhave filed anaffidavit, which contains half truths and misinformation.
