ADULT GUARDIANSHIP & TRUSTEESHIP ACT

This act is unjust legislation which disregards citizens rights,

and violates the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

It’s shocking that legislators have proclaimed Bill #24, allowing seniors to be prayed upon.

Some of the draconian sections of this Act are as follows:

*Section 104 states that an assessor, under the direction of the court,

can violate the privacy or sanctity of your home in order to assess your competency

and take away your rights.

*Section 105 allows the court to determine your competency in your absence,

without an assessment, and order that you be apprehended and be detained.

( This is already happening )

Once declared incompetent, you have no access to your money to retain legal council in order to appeal the incompetency decision.

This legislation is designed to disarm seniors of

their right to protect themselves and their property.

The facts relating to this matter will be discussed at the

Information Meeting.
