HISTORY
It was reported to us that on March 24th & 25th, 2017, the personal belongings of Hannah Steinhilber had been packed into numerous boxes by Walter steinhilber and others and placed at the front door and –
On March 25, 2017, Karyn Fleming, Christine Steinhilber & Perry Steinhilber came to the Steinhilber residence and picked up the personal belongings of Hannelore Steinhilber.
Nevertheless, on May 19, 2017, Karyn Fleming a.k.a. Steinhilber, Perry Steinhilber, Kovy McDonald & Brent Johnson made an ex parte Application to the Court for the “removal of the personal belongings” of Hannelore Steinhilber from the residence of Walter Steinhilber.
The named persons misled the court when they made their sworn Application
dated May 9, 2017, for in fact they had already removed the personal belongings of Hannelore Steinhilber from the Steinhilber residence at xxxxxxxxxx, Calgary, on Monday, March 25, 2017.

CLAIMANT –Hannalore (Hanna) Steinhilber;
RESPONDENT – Walter Steinhilber
COURT ORDER –
A PEACE OFFICER shall accompany Karyn Fleming a.k.a. Steinhilber, Perry Steinhilber, Kovy McDonald & Brent Johnson to the residence within 1 week of this order to supervise the removal of personal belongings (of Hannelora Steinhilber)

It has been alleged to us that
the items removed from the domicile xxxxxxxxxxx, Calgary, do not qualify as the personal belongings of Hannalore Steinhilber.
the five persons who removed furnishings and other items from the domicile of Walter Steinhilber, xxxxxxxxxxxx Calgary, AB. committed theft.
6) It has been alleged to us that
the Order called for one PEACE OFFICER. (Not two Calgary police officers) This is a civil matter.
the attending Calgary Police Officers, when they arrived, did not ring the doorbell but rather banged on the outer door until the elderly Walter Steinhilber, frightened and intimidated, opened the door.
the two attending Police Officers failed to identify themselves or leave a business card with the owner of the domicile.
the attending Calgary Police Officers showed disregard and even contempt for the Provincial Court of Alberta Emergency Protection Order dated 2017/05/19. They disregarded the intent of the Order.
the attending police officers passively allowed the carrying out of items which can not be identified as PERSONAL BELONGINGS.
the Police Officers did not deny the person, who was not named on the Order, to enter the home and co-operate with the removal of property.
the Calgary Police Officers denied a neighbor to attend to film the removal of the items from the said home. The neighbor had been asked by Walter Steinhilber to record the process but was told by the officers that no one was
allowed to be present.
Throughout the process of Karyn Fleming a.k.a. Steinhilber, Perry Steinhilber, & Brent Johnson and the unnamed person, removing furniture and other belongings from the domicile of Mr. Steinhilber, Mr. Steinhilber was guarded by one of the policeman. At any time when Mr. Steinhilber voiced an objection to the removal of his belongings, the policeman would threaten him, telling him that he could face a heavy fine or even imprisonment as cited on the accompanying WARNING, if he did not stay quiet and silent.

persons who attended at the domicile of Walter Steinhilber, xxxxxxxxxxxx Calgary, AB on May 22, 2017 and removed furnishings and other items were in CONTEMPT OF COURT.
REFERENCE – RESTRAINING ORDER dated February 02, 2017 which named Karyn Fleming, Christine Steinhilber & Perry Steinhilber)
That order had been renewed to December 2017 by Walter’s Lawyer.
The four persons, Karyn Fleming a.k.a. Steinhilber, Perry Steinhilber, & Brent Johnson who attended at the domicile of Walter & Hanna Steinhilber, xxxxxxxxxxx, AB on May 22, 20 17, per a FALSLEY SWORN court order.
The named four persons, Karyn Fleming a.k.a. Steinhilber, Perry Steinhilber, and Brent Johnson & THE UNNAMED PERSON, ARRIVED at the Steinhilber home with 20’ closed trailer and
REMOVED the following from the Steinhilber home
– Parent’s Master bed room suite with large dresser and mirror, matching dresser, 2 night table (sans mattress).
– Brown wooden bed (sans mattress)
– Three tall living room cabinets with sets of glass doors, contents –
collectables such as Royal Daulton figurines, collector’s clocks, carved wooden dishes, etc.
– Shelving unit with three shelves, which contained a glass globe, a lava lamp, a lava stone etc.
– Expensive, quality bedding, blankets, pillows
– Brown clock, large vase with artificial flowers
– Dishes and cutlery and silver ware
– Small antique cupboard from kitchen which contained tea towels and collectables, etc.
– Basement area – all photo albums, about 30
– Paper shredder
they attempted to remove TV
they attempted to remove microwave oven.
they attempted to go to the garage but were denied.
THEY DID NOT TAKE Hannelore’s Steinhilber’s chair and coverlets.
when after about an hour, all were leaving, son, PERRY STEINHILBER, allegedly turned and called to his dad:
“xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx”
This must have been overheard by the other attendees.
